Meeting your spirit guide isn’t as hard as you think. While you can simply talk to them, sometimes you want to see the face of the person you are speaking to. My spiritual journey has been constant learning. You wouldn’t believe how many answers are out there when you ask.
I relaxed and closed my eyes. I took my deep breaths and found a door. I opened the door and entered the most beautiful, place I could have imagined. I realized I had a white flowing dress on, something I would probably never pick in real life, but it felt free. I walked through a field that led to a pond. I found a weeping willow and sat against it. Across the pond was a forest.
As I sat taking in the beauty, a figure appeared, coming out of the forest. He walked towards me, and I felt that I knew him. He had dark hair and was probably in his 40’s. I knew who he was. His name is Mike, my spirit guide.
Whenever I have questions, I go to this place and Mike meets me there. I’ve asked him about my dad, he even brought my Dads spirit guide, Paul, along. Paul was older, grey haired. He’s helping my Dad acclimate before moving on to his next assignment. I asked him some questions as well and brought tears to my eyes with his answers.
When you go to your spirit guide with questions, you have to be prepared for the answers. Sometimes it’s not what you want to hear, but it’s always what you need to hear.
Every person has a unique spiritual guide assigned at birth, known by various names like guardian angel or imaginary friend. This guide has attained ultimate life understanding. They are always with you whether you know it or not. Maybe you hear a song that you sense has a message for you.
Spirit guides are not the only entities accompanying us on our journey; our departed loved ones can also watch over us if they feel it's necessary for our well-being. Pets that have crossed over may likewise remain close by.
Getting to know your spirit guide is a piece of cake if you're down to chat. Just talk to them, in your head or out loud, and see what happens! I tried it and asked for their name, and 'Mike' popped into my noggin. I laughed it off, thought it was silly, but the next day, 'Mike' came up again. I jokingly said, 'Nope, your name is Leo,' and felt a playful pushback. So, Mike it is! Sometimes it won’t come to you that easily. You may have to ask multiple times over multiple days. It may come like mine or you may meet them in your dreams. You just have to be open to it.
