Yoga is truly one of the best things you can do for yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The best part? You don’t need to spend money on fancy outfits, expensive gear, or even leave your home.
You also don’t need hours of free time. I’ve incorporated quick yoga sessions into both my morning and evening routines, and it’s been a game-changer. It helps me start the day with energy and focus, and wind down with calm and clarity.
There are countless free yoga routines on YouTube to suit every lifestyle, schedule, and skill level. I personally love doing a short "morning wake-up" flow to start my day, and a gentle bedtime sequence to relax at night—some are even designed to be done right in bed!
